Poverty reduction in Viet – Laos border
(VBSP News) Que Phong is one of the poorest districts in Nghe An province and in the list of 62 poor districts of Vietnam. Que Phong is bounded by Hua Phan (Laos), mainly mountainous, high slope, little farming land anddifficult transportation… For many years, the Government cares about investing economic development with the preferential credit sources of VBSP, the lives of the people are changing every day.
