Disbursement of policy credit to the target customers
(VBSP News) Soc Trang Provincial People's Committee has just held an online conference to implement Resolution No. 11/NQ-CP dated January 30, 2022 of the Government on solutions mainly focusing on containing inflation, stabilizing the macroeconomy, guaranteeing social security.

Taking advantage of the additional policy credit from VBSP by about VND 1,638 billion in the two years 2022 - 2023, VBSP branch in Soc Trang province has provided various loans programs. In which, there are loans program to created jobs; loans to individuals and households to purchase and rent social housing, housing for workers; loans for students to buy computers and learning equipment; loans for poor households, near-poor households... Regarding the entrusted fund, VBSP branch closely adheres to the goals of socio-economic development, sustainably reducing poverty, developing rural areas, developing socio-economic in ethnic minority areas in order to design projects using the central VBSP resources.
In addition, the Provincial People's Committee focused on directing the related units to coordinate with VBSP branch in Soc Trang province in reviewing beneficiaries, summarizing capital needs for preferential loans to synthesize and arrange central and local capital sources. Directing departments and branches in the province to develop interest rate support schemes for poor and near-poor households; loan scheme to support business recovery due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
At the conference, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Van Lau requested to promptly complete the review of beneficiaries, determine capital needs, and preferential loans through VBSP according to the provisions of Resolution No. 11/NQ-CP dated January 30, 2022 of the Government. This review will be sent to VBSP branch to supplement capital. Expeditiously complete the assigned targets, actively develop a loan scheme, and coordinate with VBSP in disbursing to the appropriate subjects. VBSP and localities gather policy credits source to implement projects and schemes.
