VBSP trade union donates for Covid-19 prevention in Bac Giang province
(VBSP News) The Fatherland Front’s Committee (FFC) in Bac Giang province on August 18 received the expenses donated by the VBSP Trade Union for the local Covid-19 prevention and control at the FFC’s office. Member of the provincial Party Committee, FFC Chairman Tran Cong Thang received the donation.

On behalf of VBSP, Ngo Gia Quat, Director of provincial VBSP handed over VND 200 million (8,600 USD) to support the combat against the disease in the province.
The VBSP Trade Union took this occasion to support expense to 11 pandemic hit provinces and cities, including Bac Giang to join hands together with the local authorities in the Covid-19 fight.
Receiving the supported expense, FFC Chairman Tran Cong Thang thanked and acknowledged the kind-heart of the officers and laborers in VBSP.
He informed that the FFC at all levels in the province has received over VND 41 billion (1.7 million USD) in cash, medical supplies and necessities in the first appeal campaign and transferred the donation to the Steering Board of Covid-19 prevention at all levels to fight against the pandemic.
These days, the FFC at all levels continue receiving the support and donation from various organization, agencies and individuals in and outside the province. The provincial FFC will deliver the expenses donated by VBSP to the provincial Standing Organization to effectively mobilize and use the source.
He wished all officers and laborers at VBSP to well fulfill the preventive measures and professional tasks while calling for more donation from the kind-heart organization, individuals to the Covid-19 fight.
