Recruitment Notice in 2018

(VBSP News) announces the recruitment of employees in the field of Information Technology at the Information Technology Center as follows:

I. General conditions:

1. Applicants must meet all the following conditions

- Having Vietnamese citizenship and lawful residence in Vietnam.

- Have a clear background; Have diplomas and certificates of training suitable to recruitment conditions.

- Good Health for the job.

- Age: Not over 30 years old.

 - About appearance: male height 163cm and above, female height 155cm.

2. Do not accept the registration form of the following people

Losing capacity for civil acts or restricted civil act capacity; being examined for penal liability; currently executing judgments or decisions on criminal matters of the court or undergoing non-custodial reform, under probation or subject to the application of educational measures at communes, wards or townships or are being administratively handled. To be sent to medical treatment establishments, educational establishments and reformatories; drug addicts; being fired from other units or organizations; being disciplined or being subject to discipline from reprimand up in the former unit.

II. Number of recruitment and conditions of employment placement:

A total of 05 employees, of which 04 are employed as programmers and 01 are employed in the field of information security and network safety.

1. For employees being programmers

- Number of recruitments: 04 employees.

- Qualification requirements:

+ Having a regular university degree in the fields of Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics.

+ Certificate of English A2 or B level or higher; or have a university or postgraduate diploma in a foreign country or a university or postgraduate degree in a foreign language training institution in Vietnam (training language: English)

2. For employees working in information security and network safety

- Number of recruitment: 01 employee.

- Qualification requirements:

+ Having a regular university degree in the fields of Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunications, Information Security / Network Security, Mathematics.

+ Certificate of English A2 or B level or higher; or have a university or postgraduate diploma in a foreign country or a university or postgraduate degree in a foreign language training institution in Vietnam (training language: English) .

III. Application file:

- The application form (handwritten) according to form 01 / TDLĐ attached (Application form Download here).

- Curriculum vitae certified by the competent body within six months of the date of submission of the application file.

- Copy of birth certificate, ID card / citizen ID card.

- Certified copies of academic diplomas, academic transcripts and other short-term training certificates. In cases where diplomas are granted by foreign training establishments, they must not be translated into Vietnamese. When submitting the dossier of request for bringing the originals of diplomas and certificates for comparison

- Health certificates issued by medical centers of district or higher level within 6 months to the date of receipt of dossiers.

- Other certificates related to labor relations, such as the decision on recruitment, appointment, resignation or confirmation of the time and the working process that the applicant has done before ... (if have).

 - 02 photos of size 4 × 6 taken not more than 06 months (with full name, date of birth) and 02 envelopes (stamped and full name, address and telephone number of the recipient) .

IV. Time, place of receipt and recruitment

1. Time and place to receive the dossier

- Time for receipt of applications: During working hours (from 14/11/2018 to 16/11/2018).

- Place of receipt: Candidates submit directly to the staff of VBSP. Address: 9th Floor, Headquarter of Social Policy Bank, 169 Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Hoang Liet Ward, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi City (tel: 024.36417224).

2. Time and venue of the competition

Information about the contest schedule, venue, etc. will be posted on the VBSP and applicant emails.
