Constantly improve financial service quality for the poor
(VBSP News) The Management Board led by General Director Duong Quyet Thang have just come to observe commune transaction points in some provinces of Hung Yen, Ninh Binh, Bac Giang and Phu Tho.
At the beginning of the transaction session in the morning at Dai Dong Commune, Van Lam District (Hung Yen), General Director Duong Quyet Thang directly audited the activities of the commune transaction team and listened to the ideas of customers, the head of the savings and credit group in locality. Dai Dong commune reaches outstanding loan with nearly 21 VND billion serving 932 households borrowers from 30 savings and credit groups. The special thing here is not arising any overdue debt.

Deputy General Director Nguyen Van Ly exchanged and listened to ideas of local government and mass organization partners at the transaction point of Yen Nhan commune, Yen Mo district and Tan Thanh commune, Kim Son district respectively (Ninh Binh province).
In Bac Giang province, Deputy General Director Tran Lan Phuong visited two transaction points at Lan Tra and Tan Tien communes, Tan Yen District respectively. She observed the operation situation of the Commune Transaction Teams and encouraged customer use loans for right purpose and due repayment.
In Phu Tho province, Deputy General Director Nguyen Manh Tu checked the operation at transaction points of Vinh Phu Commune, Phu Ninh District; Ben Got Ward and Thanh Mieu in Viet Tri City. He compared the outstanding loans of borrowers in the area.
Through the inspection at grassroot level, VBSP leaders evaluated after 15 years of operation VBSP branches in Hung Yen, Ninh Binh, Bac Giang and Phu Tho provinces have made pro-active efforts to deliver financial services to the poor and other disadvantaged groups, contributing to the sustainable poverty reduction and job creation, new rural construction and social security in localities. VBSP leaders encouraged the poor to use the loan effectively and for the right purpose to escape poverty sustainably.
