Social Policy Bank, Hai Duong province branch, commends excellent and creative workers

At the conference, 24 collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement for the period 2020 - 2025 were commended and rewarded by the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies.

On the morning of March 29, the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, Hai Duong branch, held a conference to honor excellent and creative workers in the period 2020 - 2025.

In the period of 2020 - 2025, the provincial branches of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies and transaction offices have proactively advised on the effective implementation of activities and emulation movements launched by the Central Government, sectors, localities and units. Typical movements include: "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas", "The whole country joins hands for the poor - No one is left behind", "Join hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide in 2025", "Good workers, creative workers", "The whole country competes to build a learning society, promote lifelong learning in the period of 2023-2030" ...

Responding to the emulation movement, many collectives, individuals, and groups of authors have proposed many initiatives and applied technical innovation initiatives to serve the work. In the period of 2020 - 2025, the entire branch has 60 grassroots initiatives recognized.

Awarding certificates of merit from the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies to collectives and individuals

In the period of 2020 - 2025, the provincial branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies had 8 collectives and 17 individuals awarded certificates of merit by the Governor of the State Bank; 10 individuals were awarded the title of industry emulation fighter; 36 individuals were awarded the "For the cause of Vietnam Banking" Medal.

For 3 consecutive years (2022 - 2024), the branch was recognized as an excellent unit in the field of communication and capital planning.

The provincial branch of the Social Policy Bank recognized 23 groups as excellent labor groups; 86 individuals as emulation fighters at the grassroots level; awarded certificates of merit to 20 groups and honored 2 individuals. The director of the provincial branch of the Social Policy Bank recognized 76 groups and 758 individuals as advanced workers.

Leaders of the Provincial Branch of the Bank for Social Policies and the Provincial Branch of the Bank for Social Policies Trade Union signed an emulation agreement for the period 2025 - 2030.

The emulation movements have made an important contribution to the completion of the assigned political tasks of the units and the entire branch. The total capital as of March 20, 2025 reached more than 5,500 billion VND, an increase of 61.9% compared to 2019. The total outstanding debt reached over 5,537 billion VND, an increase of 61.8% compared to 2019.

By the end of March 2025, the entire branch had 203 transaction points and 2,549 savings and loan groups. The average outstanding loan balance of savings and loan groups reached more than 2 billion VND, an increase of 1 billion VND/group compared to 2019.

On this occasion, 24 collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement for the period 2020 - 2025 were commended and rewarded by the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies; 2 collectives and 41 individuals were commended and rewarded by the Director of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies provincial branch.

At the conference, the provincial branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies launched the emulation movement for the period 2025 - 2030.
